These terms cover use of this website. They do not cover warehousing or distribution services, which are governed by a separate written agreement between Perfect Imports LLC and the customer.
We describe our facility and services in good faith and keep this site current. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of capacity, pricing or availability. Rates and capacity are confirmed in writing for each customer.
References to bonded status, FDA registration, FDACS permitting or licensed-premises hosting describe arrangements that apply to specific goods under specific conditions. They are not a representation that any particular arrangement is available to you, and any such arrangement is subject to the applicable regulator and to written agreement.
